Since i landed here in Abu Dhabi, i was thinking of compiling a series that
depicts a contrast between the old Abu Dhabi and the new sophisticated
version. I've seen quite a number of buildings around Abu Dhabi that have
been around forever and have not been demolished yet, and these buildings
are also sometimes surrounded by tall glass-covered buildings. I thought it
would be a great idea, because i sort of regret not taking photos of the
Old/New Souk in Abu Dhabi before it was demolished to make way for two
skyscrapers.
In this photo, I noticed this building while i was with the group from the
Photowalk, and it was right in between two tall buildings. I really wish i
owned a lens with a much wider angle so that i could capture all three
buildings together, but the widest i own is the 18mm end of the kit lens. I
still hope you guys like it :)
