On the island of Tumbo, the capital connects to its country by way of a 300 metre pier. Once called the `Paris of Africa` it is today an unappealing urbanised sprawl.

Diario de informaçom galega e internacional, nomeadamente a dos países lusófonos

"Kadhafi's chairmanship has been very harmful to the AU's image, notably in the handling of political crises such as Madagascar and Guinea," said an official close to Jean Ping, who heads the body's main executive arm.

Internation donors? Who are those predators and ignoble rogues kidding? Africa continent they contribute to weaken all along the last centuries, Africa those selfish and dangerous factions has been artificially broken apart through their fucking Treaties as Versailles's or Berlin's ? Nowadays those GENUINE UNTERMENSCHEN do not need to organize any kind of Treaty, they just TAKE OVER what they want and -europeans! be very cautious! you're among the VICTIMS not among the PREDATORS!- not only in Africa. Those people are colonizing their own fellows! They keep spreading the propaganda of white-skin domination, in a discrete way, but any observer of what's definitely going on, would note that those people are using the same means and methods to colonize european countries, even those which are intimately convinced they're not concerned. How could you feel concern by the reality if you're so keen to keep your eyes, ears and heart shut? How?

France should be very careful of what's going around! A HUGE SHIFT OF POWER where she becomes definitely and for a millenium at least, first, a secondary power and eventually a tiny country as tiny as those african states she's considering on as her ownership. Maybe Madagascar, Mauritania, Chad, Guinea and so on, are still under french influence, BUT SOONER OR LATER, france WILL JOIN US as an insignificant state! Mind! your CHINESE MASTERS ARE AROUND and they're YEARNING FOR GLOBAL DOMINATION. SERVED YOU A RIGHT, ptite france! REUTERS about Madagascar Oil: (10/13/2010) "Block 2104 has an estimated oil reserves of some 3.6 billion barrels and natural gas of 66.24 billion cubic metres, while block 3113 is estimated to hold oil reserves of no less than 2 billion barrels, the statement said, citing an international evaluation agency. Sino Union won 30 years of oil production rights and 35 years of natural gas production on block 3113 and 2104 in 2007." SHAKE france, SHAKE litta powa!

Old shoe on remote island. Lost owner?

I saw this shoe yesterday on a rock on Room Island off Conakry. I wondered about the owner. Who was he, or she? What was his (or her) story? And most importantly, where is the second shoe?

Room island, also called Roume island, is the tiny island situated at the center of Loos archipelago off Conakry. Read more on the archipelago (in French).
