There are several drain pipes like this around the exterior of the Fine Arts Museum building in Ho Chi Minh City, Veitnam. Some have been replaced with what look like newer pipes, but the old ones are gorgeous.

The old French Embassy building in Ho Chi Minh City now the Museum of Revolution. It was a popular venue for wedding photographs, this was one of at least four in the hour or so I was there.
