570 News - Ottawa used a company in Kitchener as the backdrop for an 11 million dollar announcement for research and innovation today.

As of July 30, 2010, a total of 36 UOP books will be available free to the online community, an initiative under the UOP’s digital publishing plan. The collection consists of both French-language and English-language in-print titles in the arts, humanities and social sciences. Developed in collaboration with the University of Ottawa Library, the open access collection will be available in PDF format through the University of Ottawa’s institutional repository, uO Research, which can be searched by title, author, date or keyword.

An Ottawa base runner is caught in a rundown during the Under-16 CNY Thunder Classic Tournament Championship game against the Ithaca All-Stars on Sunday, July 25, 2010 in Fabius, New York.
