it's 12:30 AM. The owner of this convenience store (which Koreans used to call "Super") is sitting on a chair outside, as it is cooler than inside.. He is about 3 yrs older and with his wife they run this store without any clerks or helpers and open till 2 AM, all year round.. no holidays.. He and I have two things in common : we all smoke and we all got military training at Nonsan Training Camp.
