This is a detail of the pulpit in the cathedral in Mechelen, Belgium.
The puplit had a lot of wildlife on it, including this frog

A reliquary in the Mechelen cathedral.
You may recall that a reliquary is a display case for relics. This one seems to be empty. (Or is that something in the middle? I can't tell.)

A statue of a saint in the Mechelen cathedral.
I don't know who the saint is, but he's got an angel kneeling next to him and is feeding a sausage to a dog or a wolf. On closer inspection, the sausage, looks like, um, not a sausage exactly, but um. Wow.

Relics in the Mechelen cathedral.
This cathedral had a large collection of relics. As you may recall, first class relics are pieces of dead saints. In this case, they appear to be bone fragments.
I can't make out who is in this reliquary (display case) because of the germanic lettering and also because it seems to be in Flemish.

This is a detail of the pulpit in the cathedral in Mechelen, Belgium.
The scene is the conversion of St Norbert. This conversion involved him falling off of his horse.
