Apparently this symbolises the spirit of this part of the coast. Or something.

Because the bride was in the early stages of pregnancy we decided at the very last minute that it would be wise to have a standby dress just in case the full outfit was too heavy, hot and uncomfortable on the day. Her she is gratefully wearing it at the reception.

This ring pillow was made to the brides design. I used the waistcoat fabric in the base and the corset fabric in the top. the rope edging was covered in the bridal skirt fabric and the fabric flowers were made to match. The cord used to secure the rings matched the bride's corset lacing.

The bride is seen here with the male contingent wearing their matching waistcoats and bow ties.

This is a photograph of the bride and groom in Cyprus. The brides outfit comprised of an apron fronted skirt, detachable back over skirt, detachable lace bustle bow with fabric flowers, lace corset with back lacing plus modesty panel. She carried a matching dolly bag. Because it was going to be so hot and to make the bride more comfortable, I copied a trick I had seen on the cat walk - the sleeves were only attached to the bustier across the top.

For this bride, I made the complete package to her specification: her outfits, bridesmaid outfits (including optional boleros), waistcoats, bow ties, bags, ring pillow and wedding album cover. Click this picture to view other items connected to this wedding.
